Hummus with Red Miso
Hummus has good flavor without being overly strong.
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Garbanzo beans dried, soaked and boiled
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Red Miso - Miso Master Organic Brand
- 8 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Add garlic, lemon juice and pre-blend in food processor for 1-2 minutes
- Add Garbanzo beans, Cumin and Miso and continue blending
- Slowly add water to obtain desired consistency
