Baked Oatmeal with Dates & Fruits

Baked oatmeal is delicious for breakfast or as a snack bar when cooled. Baking oatmeal results in a spongy texture, much like bread pudding. It's easy to make and customize with your favorite fruit and spices.

  • 200 Grams Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 420 Grams Nondairy milk
  • 200 Grams Banana
  • 200 Grams Frozen Blueberries
  • 100 Grams of pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground nutmeg


  • Lightly blend all ingredients except the oats and blueberries in blender.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Spread evenly into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 375F uncovered for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
  • To serve for breakfast, spoon into bowls with a little nondairy milk. To serve as snack, allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.


Notes: Instead of blueberries, try other fruits such as apple, pear, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, etc.
