Hummus with Red Miso

Hummus has good flavor without being overly strong.

  • 1 lbs Garbanzo beans dried, soaked and boiled
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Red Miso - Miso Master Organic Brand
  • 8 Tbsp Water


  • Add garlic, lemon juice and pre-blend in food processor for 1-2 minutes
  • Add Garbanzo beans, Cumin and Miso and continue blending
  • Slowly add water to obtain desired consistency
